23. International Orders: By placing an international order with GutkhaUSA.com, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the following terms:

1. Limitation of Liability – GutkhaUSA.com shall not be held responsible for delivery delays, lost shipments, confiscated goods, or customs clearance issues of any kind once an order has been dispatched.

2. Duties, Taxes & Fees – All duties, import taxes, tariffs, brokerage fees, and any other additional charges imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer. GutkhaUSA.com does not collect or pre-pay these charges.

3. Returned Shipments – If an order is returned due to customs refusal, non-payment of duties/taxes, incorrect address, or failure to comply with import regulations, the customer assumes full responsibility for all losses, including the cost of the merchandise, shipping, and any return fees. Orders under these circumstances are strictly non-refundable.

4. Transfer of Responsibility – Once a tracking number has been issued and the shipment has left our facility, GutkhaUSA.com is fully released from any further responsibility or liability.

5. Binding Agreement – By completing an international purchase, the customer expressly waives any claims against GutkhaUSA.com related to shipping delays, customs issues, or non-delivery, and agrees that all sales are final and non-refundable.
