23. International Orders

By placing an international order with GutkhaUSA.com, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the following:

  • Limitation of Liability: GutkhaUSA.com is not responsible for delivery delays, lost shipments, confiscations, or customs issues once an order is dispatched.

  • Duties, Taxes & Fees: Customers are solely responsible for all duties, import taxes, tariffs, brokerage fees, and other charges. GutkhaUSA.com does not pre-pay or collect these charges.

  • Returned Shipments: Orders returned due to customs refusal, non-payment of duties/taxes, incorrect address, or import restrictions are strictly non-refundable.

  • Transfer of Responsibility: Once a tracking number is issued and the shipment has left our facility, GutkhaUSA.com is released from further liability.

  • Binding Agreement: By placing an order, the customer expressly waives any claims related to customs delays, non-delivery, or import restrictions. All international sales are final and non-refundable.

24. No Refund / No Return Policy

GutkhaUSA operates strictly as an importer and distributor. All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances. This condition applies to all products, both tobacco and non-tobacco.
