You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase and receive any tobacco products, including RMD Gutkha. GutkhaUSA.com reserves the right to request additional age verification for any order. This information will be used solely for legal compliance and will not be shared, except as required by state and federal law.

📞 Phone Number Policy

Customers must provide a valid 10-digit phone number when placing an order. If we are unable to reach you at the provided number, your order may be returned to us and future purchases may be restricted.

When contacting us, please include your order number to avoid delays.

🌐 Internet Tobacco Sales Policy

We do not ship tobacco products to the following U.S. states:
Hawaii, Mississippi, Nevada, Oregon, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin.

⚠️ This list may change based on updates to local, state, or federal regulations.

All tobacco orders will include packing slips and invoices, as required by law. Labels will clearly identify the contents as tobacco products.

🧾 Taxes – United States

Effective immediately, GutkhaUSA.com will report all tobacco sales to the appropriate state authorities.

Customers are solely responsible for compliance with all state and federal laws. GutkhaUSA.com is not liable for any penalties incurred due to the customer's failure to comply with applicable regulations.

In accordance with federal law:

"Cigarettes/Smokeless Tobacco: Federal law requires the payment of all applicable excise taxes and compliance with applicable licensing and tax-stamping obligations."

Buyer Responsibility – Excise & Sales/Use Tax

  • Excise + Sales/Use Taxes (Buyer Responsible):
    ID, AL, AZ, AR, CA, DE, CT, GA, IA, LA, ME, MD, MA, MN, NY, ND, OK, SD, UT, WA, WY, NJ
  • Sales/Use Tax Only (Buyer Responsible):
    AK, IN, MO, NC, VT, VA, WV

GutkhaUSA.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in states where shipping tobacco is not permitted. If canceled, you will receive a full refund.

Fulfillment Partners

  • All states (except ID and NJ): Orders fulfilled by Kings & Lions LLC, a subsidiary of Ganesha Enterprises LLC
  • Tobacco sales to the following states are fulfilled by Maruti Wholesale:
    AL, AZ, AR, CA, DE, CT, GA, IA, LA, ME, MD, MA, MN, NY, ND, OK, SD, UT, WA, WY

🇨🇦 Taxes – Canada

All sales of tobacco products in Canada will be reported to the relevant provincial tax authorities.

Buyers are responsible for:

  • PST + GST or HST, as applicable
  • Import taxes, payable directly to the carrier (FedEx/UPS) upon delivery

Failure to comply with provincial laws may result in penalties issued by local authorities. GutkhaUSA.com reserves the right to cancel and fully refund orders restricted by Canadian law.

🌍 Taxes – International

International buyers are responsible for:

  • All applicable sales taxes, GST/HST, or equivalent
  • Import duties, payable at the time of delivery

Failure to comply with your country’s import regulations may result in penalties. GutkhaUSA.com reserves the right to cancel and refund orders prohibited by law.

🔒 Fraud Protection

GutkhaUSA.com reserves the right to refuse the sale of tobacco products at its sole discretion.

To prevent fraud and ensure age verification, we may request additional identity confirmation before processing your order. This information will be used only to verify the purchaser and is not shared externally.

📦 Shipping Policy

We currently ship tobacco products to USA and Canada only via FedEx or UPS.
We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO addresses, or via USPS.

  • Orders placed before 9:00 AM Eastern Time are processed same-day.
  • Orders after that are processed the next business day.
  • Delivery address must be final; no forwarding requests will be accepted.

⏱️ Delivery Timeframes

  • Free Standard Shipping (USA): 5–8 business days
  • UPS Standard Shipping (Canada): 8–10 business days

❌ Refund & Return Policy

All tobacco sales are final.
Cancellations may be accepted before an order is processed and tracking is issued.

  • Adult signature required on all deliveries
  • If delivery is unsuccessful after 3 attempts, the order will be returned
  • Reshipping is available only after full postage is paid again

Shipping fees are non-refundable for returned orders.
Due to FDA health regulations, manufactured items (e.g., suparis) are non-returnable.

If your order is not received, you must notify us within 14 business days.
Claims after 30 days from the shipping date will not be accepted.
