GutkhaUSA operates exclusively as an importer and distributor of products from India into the United States. Due to the nature of our business and the categories of products we handle, we maintain a strict no refund and no return policy.

All Sales Are Final

  • Once an order has been placed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled, refunded, or returned.

  • This policy applies to all products without exception.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items, among others, are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Tobacco and non-tobacco products

  • Food items, spices, and other consumables

  • Gift cards and promotional items

  • Discounted or sale merchandise

Damaged or Defective Items

While refunds and returns are not accepted, GutkhaUSA is committed to ensuring that every order is handled with care.

If your shipment is damaged in transit, please contact us immediately at rmdorders@klgspice.com with detailed photographs of the package and the product.

We will review the case and may assist you in filing a claim directly with the shipping carrier.
